If you’re here, you might be navigating something that feels heavy, uncertain, or overwhelming. Whatever has brought you here, you don’t have to figure it out on your own.

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and it’s important to find someone who feels like the right fit. If what you read resonates with you, I’d love to connect and see how I can support you.

MY PATH TO PSYCHOLOGY

My first career was in beauty therapy, however I always had a strong interest in psychology. After several years of running my own business within the beauty industry, I begun my journey to becoming a psychologist. Since this time, I have gained experience working with adolescence and adults across community, private practice, hospital and forensic settings.

WHO I WORK WITH

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, low mood, grief, stress, PTSD, adjustment difficulties and personality vulnerabilities. I offer a highly confidential space for clients to receive support and adhere to strict ethical guidelines and utilise a secure Telehealth platform to guarantee the privacy of my clients.

MY THERAPEUTIC APPROACH

My approach is grounded in evidence-based therapies, whilst also being flexible to meet your individual needs. I have trained in therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

I take the time to understand your experiences, your strengths, and what matters most to you, so we can work together in a way that feels right.
